I seem to remember two different games that were called Dungeon, and had lo-res graphics, but they don't sound anything like what you describe. One was based on the board game by TSR, the other more of a wargame campaign, and you had an army sweeping through a dungeon. Map was lo-res, with text at the bottom, but I don't remember any of the other stuff you mentioned. Ralph Glatt
