I haven't yet, but the cassettes I used for program development
typically had several dozen files, most of them BASIC programs,
so this change would be necessary.
I used C90's and just worked my way down the tape, keeping a
numeric log of the contents on an accompanying sheet of ruled
paper. It was great to have a complete version history on the
tape!
