Help with Arkanoid II for the GS

Thanks to those who pointed me to sector editors.  The problem is that
I can not decypher the format of the dat03 file which this program
uses to store the high scores.  Consequently, I can get the program to
store my highest score but not put my name on the "leader board".

I have already spent WAY too much time on this trying all the obvious
variations of modifying the file.  It is a very long shot I know but
perhaps someone has a NEW copy of this game with a vigin data file.
Or if not, perhaps another frustrated gamer has already broken the
code.

Aren't classic computers fun?
