I may be wrong, but wasn't 1.3 an unreleased version due to a bug 
similar to the ProDO 8 1.8 (I think) version that contained an illegal 
65C02 instruction? 

I don't recall ever seeing 1.3 "in the wild", but it HAS only been 10 
years or more since I last played heavily with ProDOS and related 
stuff...
