Rick Auricchio was one of the developers of the original ROM for the
Apple IIe!
All I can say is wow, it is so incredible to actually see what the
original development prototype of the Apple IIe looked like! I love how
the ASICs were designed by linking a board full of 74xx logic to the
main board via 40 pin ribbon jumper cables! Also check out the pictures
of the prototype MMU and IOU and the early IIe case...
