Just took a gander at your wombat ... yes, Automatic Ice did make 
printer interface cards. They also made internal modems, and maybe some 
other cards too. I remember hearing long ago that their company name 
once was in fact descriptive - they used to make refrigerators!

I found a couple of references to them in Google Groups.
