I should probably explain one thing about DOS 'B' files. They have an

or BSAVE.

DOS copy programs will copy all of the sectors in the file, regardless of
the length. CiderPress obeys the length. If you try to copy & paste one
of these files, the copy will be incomplete.

There is one fairly straightforward way around this: change the file
type to something other than 'B'

(I am a proud owner of CiderPress and thing the features are cool... Pay those shareware fees!))

I must be missing something. Why wouldn't CiderPress use the FAT information to copy a file form DOS33 disk to DOS33 disk? Why should CP care about the length stored inside the file at all?

Just curious.
