OK, I finally tried everything tonight. I installed the card and set up the
trial version of PC Maclan. I followed their instructions to install support
for the Farallon Phonenet card. All seems well. No hardware conflicts.
However, when I look for the server on the IIgs I see nothing. I have a ROM
1 GS with a Transwarp connected to a p166 running windows 98. I'm using the
Phonenet cabling and I have them terminated properly.
Any ideas??
I'll try to pick up an old mac tomorrow and see if it can see the localtalk
network.
