Yeah, as soon as I put the new one in, it blew.

So, I assume my Vulcan power supply is dead. I opened it up and didn't see
any obvious damage. These things aren't easy to fix, are they? I may take it
to a local electronics repair shop, see what they make of it.

I've got another IIe I could steal a power supply from, but I'd have to do
without the Vulcan. It shouldn't be too hard to adapt an IBM power supply,
right? I can just cut connector right off the dead Vulcan power supply.
Do the buggie power supplies have the power hookups for the IDE vulcan hard
drive?
