If the disk isn't copy-protected, use the disk image converter in
CiderPress.  It'll tell you if it can't copy any of the sectors.

One reason why it might be in .nib form is if the disk volume number is
important.  If so, you may be able to just convert it to .2mg and then
set the 2MG volume number with the 2MG properties tool.
