ok...now that is just silly...i mean...er...hmmmm....
could be very useful in saving some bygone tapes to kick around the apple //
community....in fact i have a few....
grumble..mumble..occasional curse word...
if you insist on making your ciderpress program so versitile...(i point out
the copy of scsi drives driectly on a pc..i think i have that right)...
anyway if you insist on making the program the swiss army knife of backup
solutions for the apple // user...i'm doomed...i have no excuses now to
backup my like 13 siders/20 some scsi hds of info/2000 floppy disks (mostly
utils) and 1000 or so 800k floppies...) various lost bbs pkgs..applenet dos
3.3/tpro 4.2f RPG bbs pkg/ fv/metal 4.0xev/ blastervision software (plus
author perm and source..perm also for tpro) ..proline...corvus....8" drive
docs files...that silly //e for the electron microscope....oks cache
card.....(add your product here)
jeez that is a lot of work....
man..i was able to stall doing so this long because nothing was able to do
the job properly and xfer it to my pc for cd rom or dvd burn etc for
backup...but now....i'm stuck...
dang it....you know how much work that is gonna be...frigging technological
advancement .....
crud
*wanders off mumbling to self about no excuses left...have to actually do
the work.....mumble/snarl)

p.s. good job by the way...and i know the sider (sasi) stuff will prob go to
a cffa card first..then using your program to the pc....in i don't think a
pc would figure out
sasi...(maybe a real old one)...crap i prob need to ask for historical
society status to start a retro computer club..museum or some such...to find
some foo...er i mean 'interns' to ever get this stuff done..prob should buy
a really large bank safe....put all the stuff in it..and then bury it as a
'TIME CAPSULE" open in like say....2090 or so...and let someone else figure
out how to sort it all...)
crap....re-read the letter still in same boat .....have to back all this
stuff back up to better media (dvd or whatever).......and just remembered i
have like 2 file cabinets full of docs that prob also need to be .pdf
filed....double crap
...i shoulda been a pc user from way back..they just throw the junk away ...
anyway....nice program....

archivist of apple // stuff on the side?>>>?....put retro computer club on
your univ resume....?...heck i even teach the local msu shotokan karate
club....(scary thought an't it)...
nothing to do in this town but....study/karate..and muck around in my bsmt
of apple ii stuff.....(yeah i know ..i have a very sad life)
(wanders off again..kicks lazyboy chair....notes there is .very little
satisfaction gained from kicking lazyboy chair.....)
