If you have one of the older power supplies that are completely sealed,
those I don't think have fuse in them to replace. If it is one of the newer
ones that have vent holes in it, usually there is a fuse you can replace.
Sounds like the PS is shorted internally. It can be fixed if you are good
at electronics, otherwise, find another one and replace it.
