Okay. I'll start examining the machines and give you first refusal on 
those components.

I'm fairly certain both IIgs units are ROM 1. I've got the contemporary 
displays for them (Apple RGB Monitor, I believe is the name) and a green 
Monitor II slated to leave the house.

I may have some drives in the range you're looking for.
