Re: RAM Errors
I reseated everything on the board and I get the same error. I checked the
voltages and got pretty close to 5v and 12v. It should be noted that the
other working board won't complete the test with this PSU, it keeps
resetting. I also noticed that the LED near the game port on the bad board
does not light up. I took the bad board out and I can't find any traces that
are plainly broken or charred.
What would cause all the RAM chips to go out? I'd rather swap out one chip
than try and guess with the RAM.
Whatever is wrong with it, I need a power supply. I'm going to rig up a
regular PC PSU for testing when I get the chance.
I can't wait to give the Duodisk and modem a spin :)
