Re: Weird disk transfer problem

Hi,
I just found out something else interesting about this problem. The disks
in question will boot up fine with A2, the only good, accessible to the
blind Apple emulator I've found to date. A2 by Rich Skrenta
(www.skrenta.com) emulates an II Plus with 64K of RAM, no 80-column card,
and a language card. These standard DOS 3.3 disks will not, however, boot
up with Applewin. I am unable to access Applewin as the text is printed in
such a way that my screen reader can't access it. But I know they won't
boot as just like on my real Apples, when you try to boot such a disk, the
drive works for a few seconds then you get a beep.
Jayson.
