AFAIK, there should be no restriction on retrieving a few images from the
USPTO website...you're paying for it, after all.
There isn't. But I don't think they like it if you mass-download stuff
(I don't think they'd mind one patent, though... you never know, though.)
BTW, there were 39 TIFFs in this one, and they've been converted to PDF and
put up for download here:
