Hi Michael,

Aside from ebaying for a new case, you could try "5-minute" epoxy.
It's sold at a lot of stores, and comes in a 'binary' injector type tube.
You simple squeeze out the desired quantity or epoxy, mix it all up
and apply it to the area you wish to repair.

It might not hold forever, but it'll hold for a very long time.  I've
successfully used it to epoxy plastic to steel on my car, so I'm
sure plastic to plastic will be a breeze.
