I'd check the setup on the Mac to make sure everything is still set correctly.
Chooser - Appletalk still switched on Appletalk control panel to make sure the correct port is selectedFile Sharing Control panel to make sure file sharing has started and in on. Since File Sharing is so slow to start up I often check this to find out when it's ready to share
