Re: new video card - vga for apple 2 ?

The apparently intended article says:

Jeri Ellsworth's new AnyCard (as her USB card is now known) made great strides
at KFest this year, but is still not available for purchase.

A small team of programmers has assembled to help write firmware and GS/OS
drivers for the card. The AnyCard, when completed, will provide a USB port,
VGA graphics support, an IDE bus, and a CompactFlash slot, and will work
in any slotted Apple II. There is no release date announced at this time.

This description certainly leaves a lot to the imagination. ;-)

Does anyone have a list of drivers being written or considered?

Any info on _how_ VGA will be supported for Apple II graphics?

And the fact that "There is no release date announced at this time."
does not provide much refutation to Willi's original post...

That article is over a year old and I believe not entirely relavent. My
understanding from subsequent postings was that they'd decided that an
all in one card had too many hurdles to easily overcome and had broken
it up into two separate cards.
Hopefully it isn't vaporware as I'd really like to have a usb card. The other aspects would be nice but don't really matter to me.
