For video you could try picking up a RGB card. If nothing else, it'd be
an interesting addition.

Poping the lid on my II+ I have
AE HO power supply
Language card
TransWarp
Thundeclock
80 column
mouse card
Superdrive
Duodisk
Rev C SCSI
Replaced the 6502 with a R65C02 to allow me to use a later version of
ProDOS when I'm not using the TransWarp. Replacing the Language card
with the Transwarp would work except that if I disable it to run at
1mhz then I would be back to 48mb.
Also tried using a UDC card instead of the Superdrive and DuoDisk but
it's nice having two of the same size drive sometimes
I'll also swap in other cards as needed.
