The fact that it is a whole row argues strongly for it not being
a problem with the keys, but with a connector or a trace on the
keyboard PC board.
Check the trace common to that row, the corresponding pin of
the connector, the corresponding wire, etc., all the way back to
the keyboard encoder pin. Wherever you find a lack of continuity,
you have found the problem.
If continuity is good all the way, then it suggests that the problem
is the encoder itself.
