Look for HFS for Windows. That should allow you to read and write 1.4MB
HFS floppies on both systems. No need to read MS-DOS or ProDOS.
You can also create HFS 800K floppies under GS/OS.
A freeware program for Windows called "HFV Explorer" gets mentioned a lot.
