and once he gets his up...the improved boycott bbs.....i'll get my fixed
copy of fv/metal and maybe (?) and  get motivated to get www.lost-gonzo.com
back up...if nothing else...he will prob have a download section and i can
upload my bare pass around verison of the fv/metal 4.0xev bbs setup i had on
the net (with /boycott mods setup ) and my tpro 4.2f (RPG) BBS setup i used
to run on the 2nd ap2 gs..and my orig 1982 version of applenet dos 3.3 by
john penchank(?SP?)...with those downloadable..you could play bbs sysop at
home and/or hitch them up to the net as well....i'd make a version you could
install with his bbs gateway version and put them on others www sites and/or
dsl....plug and play....

now if i could just find the 1981 or so safehouse bbs software from
minneapolis, mn that used to run on 3 apple //e's with 2 corvus 20mb hd and
networking and 2 phone lines...one //e acted as a control annd the other 2
//e's acted to run on each line...there was chat (shout) and he used to have
time/temp and grab stuff off i think it was compuserve in text file form as
articles...

now that was the orig multi-line bbs ....alas..gone forever would be a hoot
to get back up...but the author went poof like what...almost 1/4 century
ago...jeez i've been doing this too long
