You'll have to get a Super Serial Card (cheap on ebay) for this, but you can
simply serial-transfer a dump of DOS 3.3 straight from the PC to the Apple
IIe.
You then simply Type: "INIT DOS-DISK" with a blank floppy (DS/DD) in drive
one of the Apple IIe
Here's the link to ADT for Win32, it has all the info you'll need to setup a
connection between your PC and the IIe, and it even comes complete with
"DOS33.DMP" Which is Dos 3.3 in a text file format (named *.DMP) that
you can Hyper-terminal over to your Apple IIe
