Which were sorted by formatting a new disk and copying the files written
from the image do it. Asimov seems to have problems writing bootable 5.25"
disks sometimes I think, unless they're DOS 3.3.

Works and reports 1012K free.

So there must be another reason why netbooting AW5 doesn't work, and why
Apple II Desktop doesn't create a slot 5 RAM disk for me.

Regardless - it's working now, I know the RAM card is there and visible. Now
I just need to suss out what the sound card is.
