Hi, I'm trying to cross compile from linux and execute under prodos 8
emulated (xkegs).
I have two questions :
1) is there anything better than to_pro ? It works fine except that it wipe
entirely the volume ... So I need to boot on a disk image with the
executable on another, will be not very cool if I intend to put datas WITH
the executable (datas not transfered from linux)
So, I'm searching for a command line utility running under linux that allow
me to add or delete files from within a disk image
2) The file transfered (a simple machine code file produced by the
compiler) have a wrong type. I'm looking for the simplest way to change it
with a prodos command line utility
My goal is to setup this sequence :
a) - compile
b) - update disk image
c) - run emulator - Prodos 8 boot disk
d) - execute startup app (applesoft basic)
e) - change wrong filetype
f) - execute (BRUN) binary code
z) - hang, reboot ;-))
Point b) (to_pro) is an half solution
Point e) I've no easy way
Thank you
