I have:

Software Audio Mouth, (C) 1983
Creative SPCH-SYN - (Quite a nice concept, executed in a manner 
reminiscent of a paranoid 5 year old with soldered fingers for the edge 
connector and some plastic crap hiding the PCB - but with audio mixing 
to the internal speaker)
And an unindentified card with the 3AY chips, very nicely done. Phasor 
clone, perhaps?
