Not if it's the usual 800K disk format used with the Apple 3.5 Drive.
The base IIgs hardware is not capable of reading any disk format that
can be written on normal PC hardware.
If you have an Apple FDHD drive (also known as Superdrive , not to be
confused with the more recent DVD writer), AND you have the right
disk controller plugged into a slot in your IIgs, then the IIgs can
read and write the normal IBM 720K and 1440K floppy formats.
