I figured that he was really saying make sure the cable is well shielded,
but then I too have the advantage of knowing that all such cables will
be shielded.
I've cut some RCA to RCA cables intended for audio, and they often are
not well shielded. So a better quality cable (though we are not talking
gold plated) may be a better choice.
