Re: Help getting DOS 3.3 onto ][c



Before you can use ADT you have to have DOS as you know. There is a file
dos.dmp that needs to get transferred over to the IIc. To do this with a PC
you simply connect using a terminal program. With a Mac I think you can use
zterm to dmp the file onto your IIc. This is the memory loaded barebones
DOS. Right after you dump the file onto your IIc you can put in a blank disk
and INIT HELLO to format a bootable DOS disk. From there you can transfer
over ADT in the same manner.

This is just an outline of what you need, obviously most people run into
problems with communication between the 2 computers. If you get stuck at a
certain point just ask, we'll help.
