I'd think that if it wouldn't work after a few hours, more time isn't likely to help. Having a rechargable battery, you'd think that the charging circuit would power the clock even with a dead battery. If you can, it'd be nice to check the voltage at the battery leads when the IIc is running in case it's the charging circuit that's not working Wayne
