Thanks, now you're going to talk on a subject that I know best.
I've worked with CNC, and CAD/CAM for over 25 years. First of
all, I wouldn't make more than 20-30 of these plates to start
with, and no one is going to break into any production to make
that few. We charged as much as $150 each for a simple ring with
4 grooves in the ID. How much more will they want for such a
plate
with all of those cutouts. It's hardly a venture any MFG, even a
small one, would care to undertake. For 1000's of pieces, maybe.
The more you make, the cheaper they can be made. Fewer quantities
will be costly all around.
