Quick follow-up on this one.  Forgot to mention that there was a couple 
of jumpers on what I assume was the connector for external power on the 
front of the card.  Are they supposed to be there.

Also, while the card was sitting in my IIe and it was running and I was 
typing the above information, the 'logic' part of the card got really, 
really warm.  Is it supposed to do that?
