     Don't know. A Z80Plus pic does not appear to show a crystal or clock
module; so, it looks like it would need to get its clock signal from the Slot. 

     If it uses the 7MHz clock signal and you figure 4 cycles for opcode fetch
and 3 cycles for mem R/W, the effective speed should be about 2MHz.
