It would be rare that there would be extra outputs, so yes those
multiple pin connectors would be in parallel for extra current capacity.

Which does make it a tad odd that they've paralleled the +12v lines, since
one would expect more current demand on the +5v line.  Though of course,
this dates from long enough ago that the motors in the drives might
draw significant current, and those would be using +12v.
