Let's start with the questions but don't forget to check out what I have for
sale/trade :)
All in one Macs (yes I know this is II group but what the heck :). I have a
Classic Color Mac, a Mac SE with special floppy and a Mac Classic. The classic
color does not power up. The SE shows floppy disk icon when booting so I assume
no HD, if I put in a game disk it boots to the game. The Classic shows the
smiley computer, then welcome but stops saying "Can't load the finder". I'd
like to keep one of these to play some of my old Mac games, Ultima II and III
and Quarterstaff. The other two are available for sale/trade. What tools would
I need to open these up?. If power supply is gone in Color Classic could I use
a PS from one of the other two? Any suggestions?
Stuff for sale/trade, two of the above computers, just want to keep one to play
the games. Have extra keyboard and mouse too, keyboard is actually Apple II
keyboard, mouse attaches to it.
Apple IIGS/monitor.
Apple IIc, type with handle, have external 5.25 drive also.
Maybe an Apple IIe.
Misc hardware, joysticks etc.
Speech chips for Apple Mockingboard.
Stuff I need:
Working Mockingboard
Ultimas 1 and/or 2 for Apple or maybe other platforms. I'd really like another
original Mac UII (is there anyway to copy my disk, I'd hate for it to "go bad".
Some early Sierra Apple games.
I live in Chicago area, so if you are near could trade in person, avoid hefty
shipping fees. Feel free to run anything by me (though I don't need hardware)
and all software must be original, thanks!!!
