Now for #2. If you had bootable disks, then
you most likely had terminal software, so get
Disk2File or Asimov if you have a IIgs running
GS/OS and ShrinkIt3.4 or GShk1.1 for a IIgs and
transfer the images, then convert on the Apple II.
It's faster and easier, plus if you have a large
enough drive, you can Z-modem several images at
once and go do something else while they transfer.  :o)
