Not 100% certain, but I'm fairly sure it's for the GS.

Do you mean you have a dual floppy drive that plugs into the //c? All
the //cs I have have only one built-in floppy drive. Hard drives were
made for them, but they're extremely rare. I've heard that there are
CFFA drives in development for them, though.
