Of course the problem is finding a drive that'll work with the Vulcan card if that's all you buy. AE didn't want you doing your own upgrading so they used the ROM to limit which hard drives the card will work with. The 20 or 40mb cards are very limited but if ou update the card to the 200mb ROM you have more choices. Pity AE didn't put out a few 1gb drives before they went under. Wayne
