Sorry about that...

I guess it will take a little more to fix the server problem. Oh well.
Bill Garber has contacted me asking me for the file; he's going to put
it somewhere where you can actually get to it. Copies of PFN will
eventually show up on Asimov, Ground, and Trenco since I uploaded it
there a couple days ago.

One last attempt on my part:

Remove the .sit extension once the file has been downloaded (that is,
if you can get it to download :P ).
