I don't have enough bandwidth available for a lot of people to download
this, but I'm willing to burn a DVD-R and drop it in the mail.  I'd ask
$5 by Paypal to cover media and US postage, possibly more for non-US
addresses.  I'm not trying to make money on this, and I don't have time
to make a lot of these, so I'd prefer to only hear from people who are
willing and able to make the archive available online.  If you are,
please email me, removing the obvious spam-proofing from my address.
