To the best of my knowledge, the QL didn't run Sinclair BASIC, and Sinclair never produced a "ZX". That only really leaves the ZX Spectrum, or the ZX81. The fact that it's a one line multistatement program rules out the ZX81.
The QL ran something called QDOS, which was essentially BASIC. But one way it differed from the ZX and Spectrum series was that the BASIC keywords were manually typed instead of entered by single-strokes (on the ZX and Spectrums). I don't recall which of the BASICS (if any or all) allowed multiple statement lines. I'd have to dig out my manuals but I agree that it probably rules out the ZX80/81 series.
