Bad CRC means a problem in transmission, not a bad image. CRCs
are generated when transferring the image, they are not part of
the image file itself.

Does the error always occur on Track 2 sector 4? If so, I bet
it's a memory problem on your Apple.

This also points to flaky memory.

ADT doesn't use language card memory. Try removing the language card
and try transferring files again. If it works, the problem is with
the LC. If not, it's with the motherboard RAM.

Read the FAQ on Super Saltine Transcopy. In brief, you use SST to make
two .dsk images, then ADT them over to the PC and recreate the .nib file
there. I've never done it but others have, and it sometimes works.
