If you want the IIe (at least, maybe the II+, as well) to return to the 
reset-button behavior of the II, it only takes about 5 minutes with a 
screwdriver, a hot soldering iron and an xacto knife to join one pair of 
pads on the back of the keyboard, and cut another one. Presto! Your 
reset button doesn't need the control key anymore.
