I have no clue whatsoever on your problem. I just want to vent a little
on one of my pet peeves that you're stepping on. Feel free to hit the
"next message" button anytime :)

Giorgio...
Quit apologizing for your english! It's adequate to get the message
across, and the places where it's "not quite right" give the reader the
hint that the author is/was an "english isn't my first language" person,
so pay closer attention to figure out what he means.

You got your point across, without more than mild effort. Any imbecile
that's going to cry about how poor your english is in the process can
take a long hike off a short pier. After all, how well does he
speak/read/write Italian? Hmmm?

I remember all too well the time my grandpappy backhanded me into next
week when I was a kid...
I was making fun of the spanish-speaking pair of customers who were
struggling out broken english (but getting the idea across, even if it
was taking a while) through an accent thick enough to drive a nail into
and hang your hat on. I'd just made a crack about how funny they talked
when he let fly, knocking me off the fence-rail I was perched on. Once
I'd picked myself up out of the dust and horseshit, he said to me "You
can start laughing at them again when you can speak their language as
well as they can speak ours."

The lesson sunk in.

Okay... Vent off. We now return you to our regularly scheduled
newsgroup, already in progress. :)
