That was Jamie Kahn Genet. I noticed the auction too, and was trying to 
remember his name, but he hasn't posted in here in a while. (I had seen 
him post in another newsgroup I frequent. Millions of people on the 
Internet and thousands of newsgroups, and I still spot the same people 
in different groups!)

A search in Google's newsgroup archive found his email address, so I've 
alerted him to the auction.
