I have 4 of the TC514400AP-80 chips. They are 20 pin DIP style, and they are
configured at 1 Meg x 4 I do believe.
I have hundreds of the 1M x 4 surface mount J-lead chips, it would be nice if
there was a surface mount to DIP adapter. I found a compnay that makes lots of
adapters for DIP RAM, but none for the 1M x 4.
