As far as I know, the "language switch" on Canadian computers affects
only the video ROM. That is, when you push the ] key, the ASCII code
for ] is sent to the computer. The only thing the switch does is change
how that character is displayed on the screen (it gets shown as �, that
is, a section mark). So even if you made a new video rom that had 
"O" instead of "S" and so on, it wouldn't work. You'd type (using the
Dvorak keyboard) the line HOME but the computer would "see" JSMD and
reply "ZOFBYAQ >PPSP".
