Hi Red,
I found the issues you mentioned, with the softkey section of issue No.
42 being the most useful - it's method, along with locking the disk
image (the last suggested to me by the last step in the PFS notes in the
softkey section of issue No. 14 of locking the disk), has seen me able
to boot my .dsk disk image in an emulator and load a data file disk
image I had created previously.
