I work for an in-home computer service business and have a 2 hour
training scheduled next week for somebody who bought their first Mac. I
love when somebody makes the switch to OSX but need some help. What are
everyone's thoughts/suggestions on the best and easiest way to help a
newbie become familiar with OSX? Top Ten lists are more than welcome.
